Returns, the Frantic way.

Didn’t vibe with your shorts? No worries—we’ve got you.

You have 30 days from the day your order lands to return or exchange your Frantic gear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (yeah, that means tags too).

Here’s how it works:

  1. Drop us a line at returns@befrantic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your gear, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Easy.

Heads up:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We’re a small crew, not a big-box beast—so allow a few days for processing.
  • Sadly, return shipping is on you (for now).
